How do I create an account?
To create an account, add an item to your shopping cart. Then, click the "view cart" button that's located underneath the "add to cart" button. Select "New Customer Checkout" to create your account.
Does Salem Baking use peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat or other allergens in its products?
Our products may contain traces of Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Eggs, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Milk, Peanuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Soy, Walnuts and Wheat. If you have product-specific questions, please call us toll-free at 800-274-2994 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are your products Kosher?
All of our Salem Baking Company cookies are Kosher certified by OK Kosher, a global leader in Kosher certification since 1935. The Circle K logo appears on our packaging. Any product that contains cheese, including cheese straws and crackers, are not yet certified. For more information about the certification process, visit www.ok.org.
Are your gluten-free products certified?
We offer six gluten free cookie flavors, and they are all Certified Gluten-Free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, a part of the Gluten Intolerance Group and a leading gluten-free certification program that adheres to very strict standards. We have a thorough cleaning and testing program for both our baking equipment and our finished product to ensure that they always meet the organization's standard of less than 10 parts per million of gluten. I ordered from Salem Baking Company. How long does it take to ship?
Most orders are shipped within two business days from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). NOTE: Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. You may request to have your order shipped immediately or you may specify a later date.

I created an account and need to change my account information.
To edit your Salem Baking account information click on the "Login" link in the top left corner of the page. Enter your username and password and click the "Submit" button. By default you will be redirected to your account page. Any editable profile information will be available for you to change. After you edit the necessary fields, click the "Save" button.
I signed up to receive Salem Baking emails, how do I stop receiving them?
If you have a Retail Partner account, login to your account and uncheck the email opt-in checkbox. If you opted-in for email communications, but do not have a Retail Partner account, refer to the bottom of the last email communication we sent. At the bottom of every email there is an opt-out link offered. Upon clicking on that link, you will be automatically removed from our email communications list.
What if I forgot my user name and/or password?
If you forgot your password click on "sign in" and under returning customers you can click on "forgot password" to have your password emailed to you. Your user name is the email address that you used to register your account. If you have forgotten your email, you must create a new account.
Is your website Secure?
Security is of the upmost importance to our customers and we at Salem Baking are committed to your security and privacy when shopping online. We use state-of-the-art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the Internet, preventing a third party from viewing this information. We use GoDaddy's Secure Ordering as our Internet Security Provider to ensure that your information is safe. We promise to protect information about our customers from being viewed by a third party including within our customer service office. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO's?
Yes, we offer ground shipping to PO Boxes and APO's. (Fresh baked and chocolate dipped items are generally not available. Please call us at (800) 274.2994 for assistance.)
I've placed an order. How do I track my order?
To track an order you've placed online, log in to your account and click on "view orders". There you can track past shipments as well as check on status of future orders you have placed. Please note it takes up to 48 hours for orders to be processed into our system. Can I pre-order to ship items in the future? If so when will I be billed?
You may request to have your order shipped immediately (the date shown by default), or you may specify a later date. You will be billed at the time of shipment.
Can I ship to multiple locations in one purchase?
We are not able to ship to multiple locations in one order. To ship to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address you would like to ship to. To do so, create an account and add recipient's addresses to your address book and select them during check out.
Can I change my order once it's been placed?
Please call (800) 274.2994 and our customer service team will make every effort to apply changes to your order before it ships.
Are there any additional shipping requirements I should know about?
At Salem Baking we value quality and freshness. To ensure that your order arrives to you with this standard we may require additional shipping charges to add a cold pack for chocolate dipped items during warmer months.
