We ship with UPS and FedEx, and transit times vary depending on destination. Most orders are shipped within two business days from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). NOTE: Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. You may elect to have your order shipped immediately (the date shown by default), or you may specify a later date. Standard deliveries are only made on weekdays.
We strive to make sure your treats arrive fresh and ready to eat, which is why we require 2nd day or next day shipping on fresh baked items. All orders that include fresh baked items must be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday if they are being shipped 2nd day air. If items are shipped using next day air or next day Saturday air, they can be shipped on any day of the week
Standard delivery via ground service takes 1-6 business days. If you wish, 2 Day (delivery within 2 business days), Next Day (delivery within one business day) Air Service, and Saturday Shipping are available for an additional charge.
If you are shipping chocolate dipped cookies, 2nd day air shipping is required for orders shipping during the warmer months of April through October. Exceptions may exist for warmer climates. For chocolate dipped items shipped from during warmer months, there may be additional shipping charges of 75 cents per item to keep them from melting in transit. For shipments during warmer months, we ship chocolate orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only to prevent the package from sitting on a truck over a weekend and to ensure that your cookies arrive in perfect condition. If next day shipping is selected, chocolate items can be shipped any day of the week.
A cold pack charge of 75 cents will apply to each chocolate dipped item during the warmer months. This allows us to wrap each package with insulation material and ice packs to make sure your chocolate arrives in pristine condition.
